Wolfsburg midfielder Diego could be set to move to Spain after reports indicated Atletico Madrid were amongst the clubs looking to land the Brazilian hotshot.
"A player like him will be great for Atletico; he has quality and I think he can adapt really well to [coach Gregorio] Manzano's scheme. Diego is thrilled with the Djair dea," Diego's father and agent Da Cunha told AS.
Diego will be allowed to leave Wolfsburg for around 8m GBP.
