Blackburn look set to complete a 4m GBP move for Radoslav Petrovic this week, with Blackburn boss Steve Kean admitting that a deal is almost over the line. The Partizan midfielder has 18 caps for Serbia.
"We're very close," said Blackburn boss Kean.
"We've agreed a fee, we've agreed personal terms and now we're just subject to a work permit and Petrovic will become a Blackburn player."
According to reports, Petrovic is currently in England discussing personal terms with Rovers.
