Mauricio Pinilla on Blackburn shortlist

Chile midfielder Mauricio Pinilla is a shock target for Blackburn Rovers. The Palermo forward could be set to join the Ewood Park side next week after a fee was reportedly agreed between both clubs.

Pinilla has enjoyed a successful time at Palermo so far, scoring 8 goals in 22 games in his debut season.



These figures have been impressing a number of scouts across Europe, and Blackburn sent their own to monitor the player.



According to reports, Pinilla can leave for around 4.5m GBP.
