Blackburn are set to complete a move for Sporting Lisbon attacking midfielder Simon Vukcevic this week. Rovers will pay around 4.5m GBP to bring the Montengro international to Ewood Park.
The 25 year old is regarded as one of the best players in his country and had told the press in Portugal that his dream was to play in the Premier League.
Blackburn will offer Vukcevic a three year contract worth a reported 50,000 GBP per week.
