Tottenham chasing Gueida Fofana

According to reports, Tottenham are preparing a bid for Gueida Fofana, the defensive midfielder who is impressing at French side Le Havre. Fofana boasts international honours at every French youth level.

Fofana is valued by Le Havre at around 2m GBP. The defensive midfielder is being monitored by Tottenham as they prepare to sell Wilson Palacios to Stoke; and Spurs are looking to bring in the Frenchman of Guinean descent as a hot prospect for the future.



In January, Fofana signed a new three year contract at Le Havre after a deal to see the player move to Aston Villa fell through at the last minute.
