Arsenal failed in bid for Jovetic

Fiorentina have admitted that Arsenal made a transfer deadline day offer for Stevan Jovetic. The talented winger has also attracted the interest of Chelsea, and the Gunners could make another bid in January.

According to reports from Italy, Arsenal made a transfer deadline day bid of around 12m GBP for Jovetic.



It seems that the Gunners failed in their bid to bring the 21 year old Montengro international to the club, as a fee could not be agreed with the Viola.
