The FA have decided that referee Rob Styles will escape punishment for his shocking refereeing performance in the match between Chelsea and Liverpool in August.
Styles had already been dropped from the Premier League list for one game after incorrectly giving the Blues a penalty at Anfield.
He was then brought before the Referees' Committee charged with a technical error for appearing to issue Michael Essien two yellow cards without sending him off, but the hearing have decided Styles will face no further action.
