Diarra slates Chelsea style

Arsenal's deadline day signing from Chelsea, Lassana Diarra, has hit out at his old club for the way they played football in comparison to his new club. Diarra said that Drogba is the target of every pass at Chelsea.

  • Man City stance on signing Enzo Fernandez revealed
  • "Arsenal's football and Chelsea's is not the same. For me, Arsenal is a more technical team," he said. "They pass the ball after one, two touches. Chelsea is more about strength. Long balls with [Didier] Drogba the target.

"Chelsea is still good, but because I am young it is better for me to play football and learn the game."
