As contract discussions between Juventus and Alessandro Del Piero continue to fail, it appears that the man who gave a chance to Roberto Baggio at Brescia is ready to offer Alessandro Del Piero a similar opportunity.
"I am ready to deal with Del Piero, just as I did with Baggio," revealed Corioni. "For players like them I can go over our salary cap because it is definitely worth it.
"We have a good squad and we are ready for promotion. With these players we could get into the top six in Serie A - and Del Piero would be a fantastic addition."
