Aston Villa have been scouting young French left winger Franck Tabanou. Alex McLeish hopes to bring in the Toulouse left sided player in the January transfer window to add some steel to his squad.
Tabanou has been educated at Le Havre's young academy that is famous in France for producing a number of excellent prospects.
The French under 21 player has enjoyed an excellent start to the season with Toulouse, where he is mainly deployed as left winger.
Aston Villa have been interested in Tabanou as he is also comfortable playing in at left back.
