Kolo Toure talks up PSG move

Kolo Toure talks up PSG move

26 October 2011 - 05:27

Man City's out of favour defender Kolo Toure could be set for a shock January move away from the Etihad Stadium. Paris St Germain are ready to offer 10m GBP for the Ivory Coast international.

  • Mauricio Pochettino confirms fresh injury blow for Chelsea star
  • Arsenal want to make four marquee signings this summer

  • Since Kolo Toure returned from a drug ban, he has only appeared in 2 games for the Citizens.

The Ivorian seems to see his future away from Man City for the time being: "I would be interested because of the competition there currently is at City.

"If the name of Paris comes it will not be like previous years.

"Now if they call me, I would listen to what they say. Given the very good players there are there, it really makes you want to go there, it's clear.

"I know I'm not the only player interested, there are other players who really want to play for PSG.

"It's not just for the money, but also because we see that there are very good investors who want to move the club to produce good football and win trophies."
