Chelsea turn to Higuain

Chelsea turn to Higuain

02 November 2011 - 20:43

Reports in the media claim that Chelsea are interested in signing Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Higuain and will make a summer offer.

  • Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Crystal Palace, Evans starts
  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal

  • With Didier Dorgba's age finally catching up to him, it is believed that Chelsea manager Andre Villas Boas wants another proven goalscorer in the team.

However, Mourinho will be reluctant to sell a player who is in a rich vein of form and is scoring for fun.

A bid of over £30 million will be required to prise the Argentine international away from the Bernabeu.
