Everton could make a move for US international Landon Donovan on loan once the January transfer window reopens. The MLS season is drawing to a close and Everton are hoping to bring the forward back to Goodison Park.

Donovan had an excellent spell on loan with Everton back in 2009, and were expected to rekindle their interest in 2010, but a move failed to materialise.<br />

David Moyes - restricted by financial constraints - could make a surprise bid for the LA Galaxy forward on loan again, though:&nbsp;&ldquo;We need to see where he is, physically. It&rsquo;s something we will probably try.<br />
