Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly shown an interest in Werder Bremen's young midfielder, Mehmet Ekici and are considering a summer move.
Ekici spent his youth career at Bayern Munich, but never made an appearance for the first team. He was loaned out to FC Nuremberg, where his talent was spotted.
After just a year at Nuremburg, he was signed for a reported â¬5 million by Weder Bremen and has already appeared six times for them this season, scoring one goal in the process.
Spurs are willing to make a â¬7 million offer to prise the Turkish international away from Bremen.
