The Germany under-21 international has spent the last season at Hoffenheim since completing a move VfB Stuttgart and has impressed many with his versatility - he is able to play anywhere in defence or in midfield - and his tough tackling style.<br />

QPR scouts have been monitoring the Hoffenheim man for over a month and could make a 1.5m GBP move come January.
