Paris St Germain could be about to make a surprise January transfer move for Bolton defender Gary Cahill, according to reports from France. Director of football at PSG, Leonardo, will make an approach next week for the centre back.

Bolton look set to lose their star player in January, instead of losing the defender for free next summer.<br />

Subsequently, PSG are now stepping up their interest in the England centre back. The French giants are already close to agreeing a move for LA Galaxy and England legend David Beckham, and Gary Cahill could soon be joining him at the Parc Des Princes.<br />

Reports indicate that PSG are preparing a massive 11m GBP move for Cahill.
