Fulham weigh up move for Berbatov

Fulham manager Martin Jol wants to bring Bulgarian international striker Dimitar Berbatov to Craven Cottage on loan. The Man Utd striker has grown frustrated at a lack of first team opportunities at Old Trafford.

  • Last month, Sir Alex Ferguson insisted that Berbatov would not be allowed to leave in the January transfer window. However, eyefootball understands that Berbatov has instructed his agent to engineer a move away from Old Trafford during the new year, as he looks for more regular first team football.<br />

    Fulham have been watching the situation closely, club owner Mohammed Al Fayed is a massive fan of the former Tottenham striker.&nbsp;
