Roberto Mancini has apologised to club fans for Manchester City's early exit from the UEFA Champions League last night. The 2-0 victory over Bayern Munich would not be enough to qualify, as Napoli cashed in with a win over Villarreal <strong>ZVCXPQV6Q279</strong>

    "I think we need to improve as a team because we got a tough group [in the Champions League] this year.<br />

    "Congratulations to Napoli, they got one point more than us."
