West Brom hope to keep Dorrans

16 December 2011 - 09:00

West Brom want to keep midfielder Graham Dorrans at the club, despite reports of interest from Scottish giants Rangers. The talented midfielder is an important part of manager Roy Hodgson's plans.

 • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
 • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
 • According to reports, Dorrans is being courted by Rangers who are preparing a 4m GBP offer for the versatile midfielder.
But WBA will reject any offer for the midfielder, who is expected to attract more interest once the January transfer window opens.
''I think Graham has an important part to play at the club. The speculation about Rangers, that's all it is really. We've had no contact with anybody from any other club, let alone Glasgow Rangers. We've got no interest in losing Graham Dorrans," said Hodgson.
