Swansea appear to have won the race for Northern Irish striker Rory Donnelly. The Cliftonville forward had been linked with a move to Anfield.
According to reports, Swans boss Brendan Rogers has personally contacted Donnelly in a last ditch effort to change the 19 year old's mind. The tactic appears to have worked.<br />
The striker will next week agree a £200k move to Swansea on a lucrative four year contract.
