Chelsea to send Kakuta to Dijon on loan

31 December 2011 - 04:31

Gael Kakuta could join French club Dijon FCO on a six month loan to re-ignite his career and gain first team experience. He is currently on loan at Bolton and has failed to impressed manager Owen Coyle despite delivering some impressive cameo appearances.

  • The U-21 French international is regarded as one of the best young talents in the country. He had played in Ligue 1 for RC Lens before he moved to London to join Chelsea.

The newly promoted Dijon are in a precarious position in the table and find themselves right above the relegation zone. Their boss, Patrice Carteron, is hopeful that the addition of the pacy winger would add more venom in their attack and help them improve their league position.
