Wigan to sign Mohamed Nagy?

Wigan are weighing up a move for Egyptian striker Gedo, otherwise known as Mohamed Negy. The Egypt international will follow in the footsteps of his hero Amr Zaki and make a move to the Premier League.

  • According to Gedo's agent, Wigan are very interested in the striker and already have been locked in discussions with Al Ahly regarding a move.<br />

    <span>"Gedo is a fantastic lad. Honest, hardworking and is a top professional,"&nbsp;Menzo Messaoudi, his agent, said.</span><br />

    <br /><span>"His goalscoring record speaks for itself and his experience and sheer ability will benefit the right club.</span><br />

    <span>"We are in talks with a few clubs at the moment, and hopefully we can bring an exciting talent to the Premier League.</span><br />

    <span>"I am confident he will have a bigger impact than Amr Zaki did during his time at Wigan."</span>
