Chelsea are closing in on a deal for Argentine 17 year old Lucas Ocampos. The River Plate winger is considered one of the finest youngsters in South America, and is believed to be on the verge of signing a 5 year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have beaten the likes of Juventus, Real Madrid and even Premier League rivals Manchester United in the race to sign Ocampos.<br />
Andre Villas-Boas has been busy scouting the best young talent from around the globe and identified Ocampos as one of his targets for the January transfer window.<br />
According to reports, Chelsea will sign Ocampos for around 4.8m GBP.
