West Bromwich Albion want to sign Birmingham City and Chile international midfielder Jean Beausejour, and will offer around 1.5m GBP to secure his services this month.

Beausejour's agent has revealed that his client is unhappy in the Championship, and wants to play in the Premier League instead.<br />

Roy Hodgson is expected to be busy in the January transfer window, as he reshapes his squad in preparation for the second half of the Premier League season.<br />

Beausejour helped Birmingham City to Carling Cup success last year, and is very popular at St. Andrews.
