Norwich City are on the verge of completing a move for Leeds United midfielder Jonny Howson. The 23-year-old highly rated centre midfielder will complete a 1.5m GBP move to Suffolk this weekend.
Paul Lambert admitted that talks are ongoing, but it appears the Canaries are confident that a deal can be completed this week.
"Hopefully everything goes well with the medical," Norwich boss Paul Lambert told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"But you can never be sure until it's actually done.
"We've known about him for a few years now having played against Leeds a few times. He's got great enthusiasm for the game and is a really good footballer and a goal threat."
