Wolves make late offer for Robert Snodgrass

31 January 2012 - 16:22

Wolves manager Mick Mccarthy has made a surprise offer for Leeds United winger Robert Snodgrass, according to several sources. The Scottish international has been linked with a move away from Elland Road on deadline day, and it appears Wolves are leading the chase to sign the talented winger.

  • Xabi Alonso pushing to sign Arsenal midfielder
  • Chelsea star moves to Como for £26m upfront
  • Both West Ham and Leicester are also in the race to sign Snodgrass, but it appears Wolves are ready to do business at any price tonight, as Mick Mccarthy plans to bolster his squad in preparation for the second half of the season.

It is understood that Leeds will demand 5 million GBP plus to sell Snodgrass, and Wolves have opened the bidding with an offer of 3.2 million today.
