Alexander Doni to quit Liverpool

Backup goalkeeper Alexander Doni has admitted that he would like to quit Liverpool in the summer. The shot stopper has struggled for first team action behind first choice Pepe Reina.

However, a red card for Reina last weekend could mean that the Brazilian will make his debut against Aston Villa this weekend.<br />

Despite that, Doni would like to return to Italy.<br />

"Next year, I do not know where I will play," Doni revealed.&nbsp;"Being on the bench is not great.<br />

"Liverpool have changed so much. There have been lots of ups and downs, but I'm learning the language and the experience is beautiful.<br />

"I miss [former club] Roma a lot because it always rains here in Liverpool."
