Arsenal will miss out on the coveted signature of 19 year old starlet Stephen El Shaarawy, after his agent revealed that the forward will be staying put at the San Siro next season.
The Gunners had tabled an offer for the former Genoa front man last year, but instead Stephen chose to join the Rossoneri in a 3.75 million Euro deal.
Arsene Wenger had sent scouts to monitor the player in action, but ultimately missed out  on the frontman.
His agent had been asked about a move to Arsenal this summer, and replied:Â "Arsenal were watching him before his arrival in Milan. But the Rossoneri have signed him and will not be letting him go. He would also be happy to stay at Milan."Â
