Radamel Falcao's Chelsea move tease

Colombian international striker Radamel Falcao has admitted that he could soon leave Atletico Madrid. Chelsea are long term admirers of the striker, and have been linked with a January transfer window move for the player.

However, according to Spanish press, Falcao would prefer a move to Italy or to Barcelona; and is not interested in a move to the Premier League.<br />

Falcao said:&nbsp;"I have got a contract here and only think about Atletico.&nbsp;<br />

<div>"Right now I am thinking only of the present. However, you can never say never, who knows what is in store for me? I do not exclude a future in Italy.</div><br />

<div>Juventus are amongst the clubs interested in the forward.</div>
