John joins Leicester on loan

23 October 2007 - 21:13

Collins John has joined Leicester on loan from Fulham after falling out of favour at the Cottagers. Collins John joined Leicester City on a three-month loan deal, and Leicester beat off fierce competition for his signature.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • John, who had joined the Cottagers in 2004 from Dutch side FC Twente, will straightaway go into Foxes' squad to face Sheffield United.

John, who has 20 goals in 95 top flight appearances for the west London club, had fallen behind in the pecking order last season but in January opted not to join Watford after the Cottagers had agreed a fee.
