Norwich City have emerged as surprise targets for Dutch international striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel. The Sporting Lisbon striker has been courted by some of Europe's biggest clubs, including Manchester United.
City manager Chris Hughton is desperate to find a new striker for his squad, after Grant Holt fell out of favour and form so far this season.
The Dutch striker has been a revelation in Lisbon, and has been told he is not allowed to quit the club on the cheap.
Since moving to Lisbon from Utrecht in 2011, the player has gone on to become one of Europe's hottest prospects.
