The Gunners are ready to agree a deal worth around £22 million to bring the Belgium international to the Emirates; however that deal rests on the successful transfer of Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer moving to Goodison Park. Fer was on the cusp of an £8 million move yesterday, but the deal hit a snag at the last minute.<br />

According to reports, both Arsenal and FC Twente are concerned that this issue came up at the last minute and as Everton prepare to cancel Fellaini's dream move to London.
