Colombia international Radamel Falcao's representatives have agreed a deal in principle with French side Monaco. The ambitious newly promoted side have agreed a 65 million Euro deal with Atletico Madrid.
Chelsea and Man City were in the race to sign Falcao but the striker has decided instead to move to Ligue 1. Also a club spokesman at Monaco confirmed that there would be no sell on clauses or release clauses in his contract: "No, there's no clause. Radamel believes in our project. It's almost done, there are just some details to be finalised."<br />
Monaco are expected to shell out over 200 million Euros on new players this summer as their wealthy Russian owner plans to bring the club back to the big time.
