Southampton target Radja Nainggolan calm on future

23 June 2013 - 07:21

Belgium international midfielder Radja Nainggolan confirmed reports that Southampton have made him an offer, but the Cagliari man is treating his transfer situation with patience,

  • Chelsea want to sign another Man Utd star?
  • Man Utd handed injury boost ahead of Chelsea clash

  • Southampton, Everton and Italian sides Juventus and Napoli are all reportedly weighing up a move for the versatile midfielder who enjoyed a successful season in Serie A last year for his current club, as he was an almost ever present first team performer.

The 25-year-old Belgian international admits Southampton are interested, but moving to St. Mary's is not his priority: "The situation is uncertain and everything can happen but I have to consider my future career as well.

"Honestly, Southampton gave me the biggest offer at the moment among the other clubs but I don't play football for money. My priority is looking for a brighter future for my career and Southampton is my last choice.
