Everton join race for Bakary Sako

29 June 2013 - 06:30

Wolves' winger Bakary Sako, who was last year voted as the club player of the season, is being monitored by a number of big cubs in Europe. Both Lyon and Marseille were expected to make a move for the player, but it appears Everton are now also in the race to sign the 25-year-old.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • The Paris-born winger joined Wolves from Saint-Etienne for around 2 million Euros in 2012, and the player impressed during his time with the club. Infact, injury in March 2013 also coincided with a dip in form for Wolves that is how much he was missed.<br />

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has been watching video footage of the player in action last season and is now ready to make a move for the France under-21 international.
