Blackpool midfielder Thomas Ince has turned down a move to Cardiff City. The talented youngster has been pursued by several Premier League clubs but the Bluebirds were reportedly in pole position to secure his signing.
However, after long discussions with his father - the Blackpool manager Paul Ince - as well as his family, Ince has decided to stay put.
Cardiff confirmed that there was an offer for Ince that has been rejected as the club took to Twitter and said: "Thomas Ince will not be joining Cardiff City, having opted to stay close to his newborn child in Blackpool."
