Bernd Schuster called on Real Madrid players to keep their feet on the ground following their thumping 5-1 away victory over Valencia at the Mestalla.
"We shouldn't get overexcited; this is just another game. We will have to think about our match against Sevilla because it will be complicated," the German coach told the post-match press conference.
The Primera Liga champions compounded Valencia's misery with a stunning win, thanks to a brace from Ruud van Nistelrooy and goals from Raul, Sergio Ramos and Robinho.
"We played at a very high level, that's why we scored so many goals. We must still improve in order to play more often at this level. We passed the ball and moved better tonight."
