Russian Premier League side Zenit St.Petersburg have joined the fight to capture the signature of Brazilian striket Leandro Damiao.
The striker has been strongly linked with a switch to White Hart Lane. Damiao had earlier said that won't be guided by the need for Champions League football in making a choice on his next destination and is set to leave Internacional this summer.<br />
Internacional are eager to cash in on the player but want in excess of £20m with Serie A runners up Napoli also monitoring the progress. However, a move to Russian giants Zenit looks more likely given the financial strength they have compared to their rivals.
