Loic Remy will wrap up a loan move to Newcastle this week, with the French forward joining on a season long transfer with the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
Remy has told his agent that he would like to find a new opportunity at another club, preferrably in the Premier League, whilst QPR have also told the forward that he should leave to help ease the burden on their wage bill.
The forward has three years left on his QPR contract and is known to want to push for a place in France's national side ahead of the upcoming World Cup, so a move to Newcastle would be beneficial for all parties.
