AC Milan Not Chasing John And Rojo

03 August 2013 - 15:24

AC Milan have been linked with Portuguese based players Ola John and Marcos Rojo every now and then but the Italian outfit’s sporting director has denied the reports suggesting so.

  • Chelsea favourites to sign £80m Premier League star
  • Arsenal expected to sign Saint-Etienne striker?

  • Milan sporting director Ariedo Braida has cleared that the club is not chasing the duo and they have no intentions of bidding for them. He puts an end to the speculation surrounding Benfica’s John and Sporting’s Rojo.

"I have a great relationship with the leaders of Benfica,” he told Antena 1.

“But at this time we are not interested in John.

“Roja and John are good players, but there is no interest from Milan.

“I’m friends with the leaders of many Portuguese teams, but there is no interest in these players.”
