Reading manager Nigel Adkins said his club are after two more signings this summer, having already signed Dutch winger Royston Drenthe, Wayne Bridge, and Danny Williams.

  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town
  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal

  • Nigerian Joseph Akpala has been training with the Reading squad and is still being assessed by the club's coaches with a view to signing him from Werder Bremen.

He also said that he's not looking to sign Blackpool's former Liverpool winger Tom Ince, adding that Ince is bound for a Premier League club.

Reports have linked a number of players to Reading, with Tom Ince heading a list which includes Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Kevin Doyle.
