The Bluebirds manager Malky Mackay has insisted that he is looking for "quality" signings before the conclusion of the summer transfer window.
Cardiff boss Mackay gave his remarks after his side came out 3-2 victors over a top Premier League side in Manchester City at the Cardiff City Stadium yesterday.
When asked in an interview by talkSPORT on whether he would add any new faces at the Welsh club this summer, Mackay said: "Yeah. I'm trying to add quality rather than quantity because they have got to be better or the same as the type of guy that I have got in at the club. We are trying hard, but it's not easy."
