Getafe striker Alvaro Vazquez has been linked with a move to the Premier League to link up with Swansea City. The 22-year-old has also attracted some interest from other Spanish sides, with Valencia also believed to be in the race for the striker.
The Spaniard is reportedly Michael Laudrup's top transfer priority before the transfer window slams shut at 11:00pm this evening, with some suggesting that forward Michu's future at the Swans in some doubt.
However, Laudrup has been hinting at a move for a new striker for some time, and appears to have given up on a move for WBA's forward Peter Odemwingie.
Vazquez joined Getafe from Espanyol back in 2012 and has since gone on to score 4 league goals for the Primera Liga side.
