Ibrahimovic never considered quitting PSG

<strong>Paris St. Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has confirmed that despite being linked with a move back to Italy, he never really considered leaving Parc des Princes this summer.</strong>

The 31 year old mercurial striker has been in great goalscoring form for the Ligue 1 side but has been constantly linked with a move away from Paris this summer. With PSG signing Edinson Cavani from Napoli, many believed Ibrahimovic would be forced to make way for the Uruguayan in the first team.<br />

However, the Sweden international insists that he never really contemplated about a move this summer.<br />

Ibrahimovic said: "I always knew that I would not leave Paris St Germain this summer. The club takes care of me very well.<br />

"Of course, you never know what will happen, but I never really considered leaving PSG."
