Junior Hoilett content to stay at Queens Park Rangers

11 September 2013 - 00:23

Queens Park Rangers winger Junior Hoilett has insisted that he is happy to ply his trade for the Championship outfit, as he aims to help the club to a Premier League promotion this season.

The 23-year-old Canadian, who signed for the Hoops from Blackburn Rovers last summer, was associated with both Everton and Stoke City during the recently concluded transfer window.

Hoilett told the club's official website : "Speculation will always be there throughout the transfer window - it's the same for a lot of players.

"I'm happy here. The goal is promotion and that's what I'll be giving my all to achieve this season."

QPR are currently placed second in the Championship table.
