Andre Wisdom ready to leave Liverpool on loan

Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom has been encouraged to leave the club on loan for this season, but the full back is ready to also stay at Anfield as injuries could mean that he ends up in the first team before the end of the season.

Wisdom has been linked with a loan transfer to Fulham and a host of Championship teams, and the defender admits that a loan away from Liverpool could be beneficial for his career.<br />

"It was looking almost certain that&nbsp; I would be going out on loan to try to&nbsp; play regular games," said Wisdom.<br />

"But then Glen Johnson got injured in the game against&nbsp; Manchester United and the manager&nbsp; didn&rsquo;t want to let me go out as I was&nbsp; need here.<br />

"Maybe something will come of&nbsp; the loan option later in the season&nbsp; because you always want to be playing games on a regular basis."
