Brazilian defender Breno will join Sao Paulo on loan for a short period. The centre back has been in jail in Germany having been convicted of arson for reportedly burning his house whilst under the influence of alcohol.
The defender will be sent back to his homeland when he is released from jail, reportedly in January 2014.<br />
Bayern's executive Karl-Heinz Rumminegge confirmed Breno's departure: "We want to bring him up to a decent level as soon as possible even though he will not play for us again. As soon as he is released from prison, he will join FC Sao Paolo. He has a contract there."
