The 22-year-old who signed for the Saints from Bologna last summer, is reportedly considering his future at the St.Mary's and is understood to be keen on a return to Serie A.<br /><br />Napoli manager Rafael Benitez is keen to strengthen his side's midfield department inorder to challenge for the Serie A title this season, and Ramirez is considered as one of the club's top targets.<br /><br />The former Bologna man scored five goals for the Saints last season.
