Adil Rami to start training with AC Milan

Valencia defender Adil Rami is set to begin training with Serie A giants AC Milan this week.

The 27-year-old French centre-back has been dumped out of the Valencia's squad following criticism of his teammates and manager Miroslav Djukic in a radio interview in the past month.<br /><br />Having undergone a medical with the Rossoneri over the weekend, the two clubs agreed on a transfer agreement for the player to move to Italy in the winter transfer window.<br /><br />A Report from Football Italia suggests the centre-back will join up with his new teammates this week following his expulsion from Valencia's training ground.<br />

Adil Rami is expected to make a permanent switch to AC Milan next summer.
