Lazio midfielder Ogenyi Onazi has opened the door on a potential transfer to Liverpool, after admitting that he would be honoured to play for the Premier League club.

Everton and Fiorentina were amongst the teams interested in the 20-year-old Nigerian's signature, but it appears that Liverpool are the favourites to secure his signing.<br />

"I would jump at the chance to play in the Premier League," said Onezi.<br />

"Liverpool? They are a huge team and are attractive to any footballer. I could see myself playing for them."
